If approaching from Bideford direction:
Take the A39 for Clovelly.
In 5 miles look for the thatched Hoops Inn on your right.
In 150 yards, take the first right turn. Then take the next left turn to the farm.
The lane is single carriageway so it is advisable to use your hooter.
If approaching from Clovelly direction:
In 4 miles pass through Bucks Cross. In about half a mile take the first turn left. See the directions & advice in the previous paragraph.
Take the A39 for Clovelly.
